At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a smooth and fair process for returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review our policies below to understand your options and responsibilities.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your return.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, for your convenience, we also offer the option to return items in person to our warehouse. This can save on shipping costs and speed up the process. Please contact us in advance to arrange an in-person return.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for an exchange. For general exchanges, the same conditions as returns apply: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Cancellations
Order cancellations depend on the order status:
- If the order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel it without any additional charges.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, you can proceed with a return following the guidelines above.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide updates on the status of your order.
